[摘 要] 界定了煤气炉“死空间”包括的各个部分并强调必须高度重视“死空间”的存在。结合生产实际,具体论述了“死空间”带来的制气阶段加氮空气使用不足、煤气中CO2含量偏高、上下吹蒸汽损失多以及空气吹净阶段有效气回收不完全等负面影响。针对性地提出了解决相关问题的对策。

Negative Influences of ‘Dead Spaces’ on Coal Gasification and Countermeasures

Abstract:Following the explanation on so called dead space in gasification system of fixed bed gasifier which have a great deal of negative influences on gasification, causing underutilization of added nitrogen-rich air in the phase of gas generating, higher content of carbon dioxide in the gas, more steam losses in up-and-down blowing phases and incomplete recovery of useful gas in the air-blow phase etc., the author presents some countermeasures based on analyzing in detail combined with practices in Hunan Zhicheng Chemical Co., Ltd.
