[摘 要] 介绍了低温甲醇洗净化技术的发展历史、基本原理及流程特点,重点叙述了该净化工艺典型的7塔16段流程,提出了应注意的问题,并对该工艺作了评价。

LT Methanol Washing Process for Sour Gases Removal

Abstract: Following the introduction on develepment course, basic principle and process characteristics of LT methanol washing process, this paper mainly focuses on the introduction of one typical process with seven columns and sixteen sections in total. Some causions adoping this process are presented, followed by some comments on the process.

[摘 要] 纯氧曝气活性污泥工艺处理污水在国外已有长足进展。用纯氧曝气活性污泥工艺取代国内现有的空气曝气活性污泥工艺,对适应近年来我国甲醇生产增长速度极快,满足越来越高的污水处理要求,实现达标排放,不失为一个良策。本文论述了纯氧曝气活性污泥工艺的优越性,指出采用PU-8吸附剂变压吸附制氧和微气泡纯氧曝气活性污泥工艺有较好的发展前景。

Micro-bubble Pure Oxygen Aeration for Sewage Disposal in Methanol Plant

Abstract: The processes of pure oxygen aeration of activated sludge for sewage disposal have made considerable progress in abroad. The higher demand for sewage disposal is required with fast development of methanol production in home. It should be a good choice with pure oxygen aeration process instead of traditional air aeration process for sewage disposal in domestic methanol plants to accommodate with strict requirements of national standard. This article discusses the advantages of the pure oxygen aeration based on comparison between two processes, pure oxygen aeration and air aeration, and presents the prospect of micro-bubble pure oxygen aeration process combined with PSA with PU-8 adsorbent for oxygen producing for sewage disposal.
